Consumer Quality Leader

Consumer Quality Leader 2013 is a nationwide, promotional consumer program, implemented by the editors of Strefa Gospodarki (Economic Zone) and a nationwide newspaper supplement to the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna  (Daily Legal Newspaper). Its purpose is to identify, based on consumer research, the best quality brands and products available on the Polish market. Amica’s dishwashers have won this year.

It’s obvious that consumers are always looking for the best deal, both in terms of functionality and price. Nowadays when the product offer is really wide, the opinion of other users of the product turns out to be an important factor - it may even have a significant impact on the decision whether to buy a particular product. Price, additional equipment and other features give way to the consumer experience with the product, and often determine whether a device will be successful on the market. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that Amica’s dishwashers have been awarded the title of Consumer Quality Leader in 2013.

Poles' opinions on various products was the subject of national research, carried out within the Consumer Quality Leader 2013 program. The aim was to acquire knowledge and to define segments of products and services with different levels of quality. The analysis of the results allowed to identify the leaders of each product category in terms of the quality. Collected data provided information not only about the degree of recognition of products and services but also made it possible to create a ranking of the most recognizable brands. It is noteworthy that associations connected with the brands were also taken into account.
