Trusted Brand Award


From their own experience everyone knows how hard it is to trust completely  another person. To trust and  never get disappointed. Day after day, year after year. Amica has been among  trusted brands for many years now. It is the elite companionship, but not like a team – everyone here works on their own account.

Global research on the brand reputations is carried out by the well-known, Reader’s Digest monthly. European Trusted Brands is an annual ranking reflecting the attitude of consumers in different countries towards local brands. It is also one of the largest and broadest consumer research carried out in Europe. Besides marketing aspects, European Trusted Brands also  represents consumers’ tendency to  have trust in institutions and professional groups, and values that shape their lives.

In 2012, a study was conducted using a method of online survey in 12 countries. In Poland, 1049 people were involved in this research. The results reflect a broad profile of the population throughout the country. Surveyed people responded spontaneously in each category.

Amica have gained Złote Godło (Gold Emblem) for several previous years in a row. This year Amica have won an award of Kryształowe Godło Marki Godnej Zaufania (Trusted Brand’s Crystal Emblem) for the best results in three of the five categories. Thus, Amica obtained the highest  number of points - 22.97 of the total 25. It is noteworthy that 15.5% of all surveyed people  voted for Amica. 

Amica’s products have been given the highest scores in such categories as: “Value for money”, “Understanding of customers’ needs” and “social responsibility”. These factors create the image of the brand as it is perceived by consumers and users of home accessories. The picture built on trust turns out to be the image that is extremely durable, regardless of the material in which it is perpetuated - whether it is gold or crystal. The most important thing is that the trust for  Amica brand does not decrease, on the contrary is growing steadily with each passing year and becomes more valuable.
